Toronto, ON – July 24, 2020 – Today, rising singer-songwriter, Avi Kaplan, announces the release of Lean On Me, a new four-track EP out August 21 via Fantasy Records. The set features three new expansive alternate mixes of It Knows Me, and Chains, (from his acclaimed Mike Mogis produced debut EP, I’ll Get By) along with fan favourite, Aberdeen and Avi’s recently released cover of Bill Withers’ classic, Lean On Me. Later this fall, the Lean On Me EP will be available on limited edition etched vinyl via Avi’s online store and indie retailers. Due to ongoing challenges faced by COVID-19, Avi announced last week his fall European tour has been postponed to 2021. New shows have been added in Zurich, Warsaw, and Brussels and are on sale now.
