The original performance was quick to break borders, with an unprecedented amount of shares and international coverage from the likes of XXL, The FADER, Stereogum, NME, Kerrang, Clash and Consequence of Sound; alongside a host of Australian praise and posts.
The partnering video now sits at more than 7.5 million combined views on Facebook and YouTube, peaking at #2 on YouTube Trending Chart – check it out here. The Bulls On Parade official release follows Denzel Curry’s recent headline run for Laneway Festival – including sold out shows in Sydney (Maxx Watt’s) and Melbourne (170 Russell) – and on the heels of his critically acclaimed, three-part album TA13OO -out now via Loma Vista Recordings.
TA13OO is the first longform statement from Denzel since his 2016 album, Imperial, which landed him on the XXL Freshman cover and helped set the template for the South Florida sound that has exploded in the last few years.
With the release of TA13OO, Denzel appeared on Billboard's Emerging Artists Top 10 at #7, debuted on the Rap Chart at #6 and the album debuted at #28 on Billboard's Top 200 chart, alongside praise from the likes of Pitchfork, Rolling Stone and Stereogum – and landing triple j Feature Album here in Australia.
After wrapping sold out North American and European tours last fall showcasing music from the album, Denzel will return to the road, this time with friend and fellow prolific artist, Billie Eilish. The tour kicks off May 24, with a stop in Toronto on June11, and Laval on June 12. Denzel will also play select festival dates, including The Governors Ball Music Festival in New York, Lollapalooza Sweden, Wireless Festival in London, UK and Capitol Hill Block Party in Seattle, Washington.
