EONE MUSIC WELCOMES BIRDS OF BELLWOODS TO THEIR LABEL ROSTER
BAND IS GEARING UP FOR THE RELEASE OF THEIR DEBUT FULL-LENGTH ALBUM VICTORIA
Toronto, ON – January 25, 2018 – Entertainment One Music is proud to announce the signing of Toronto-based indie-rock quartet, Birds Of Bellwoods.

The group is a welcomed addition to the label’s roster, and will be gearing up for the release of their enthralling debut full-length album, Victoria, with the release of new singles, videos, and tour announcements – all coming soon.

Birds of Bellwoods are known for their lyrical storytelling, lush harmonies, and tight musicianship. With performances at iconic venues, including The Horseshoe Tavern, The Mod Club, and Yonge & Dundas Square, as well as festival plays at the likes of Festival D’ete, TURF, NXNE, and CBC Music Festival, the group is quickly establishing themselves as one of Toronto’s most unique emerging bands. Comprised of Stephen Joffe (lead vocals/mandolin), Adrian Morningstar (guitar/vocals), Chris Blades (banjo/electric guitar/vocals), and Kintaro Akiyama (upright bass/vocals), Birds of Bellwoods has managed to develop a hybrid sound that remains dynamic and accessible, while defying classification.
