Toronto, ON – May 22, 2020– Acclaimed songwriter and performer, Grace Potter, has released an affecting and timely new song called, Eachother. Written during the early days of quarantine, the poignant ballad features vocals from Jackson Browne, Marcus King, and Jess Wolfe and Holly Laessig of Lucius, listen here. Eachother was produced by Daylight album producer (and Grace’s husband) Eric Valentine. To help underscore the song’s hopeful message, the couple looked to their network of talented friends with each artist recording their parts in isolation. In addition to the featured vocalists, the track also includes Eric Valentine, drums; Alex Proctor, bass; and Jonathan Wilson, Dylan Day, Marcus King and Grace on guitar. Eachother is a powerful reminder that even in separation, we are not alone.

Grace Potter on the inspiration behind Eachother: "The chorus of the song just kind of exploded out of my heart all at once. It was about five days into the quarantine, and I had just gotten off the phone with a friend who was having a really tough time with the isolation. I was in our living room, watching my son & husband fixing our broken train set and found myself flooded with an overwhelming sense of gratitude & contentment. The onset of COVID-19 was a shock to humanity's system and has brought on so many reality checks. We may not all be affected in the same ways, but we are all going through this pandemic together as a human race. It is incredibly humbling. It's invited me to really take account of the things that matter most, which aren't things at all...they're people."

Currently gracing the April/May cover of Relix Magazine, Potter also recently launched a weekly livestream series called Monday Night Twilight Hour with Grace Potter. Tune in Mondays at 9:00 pm ET / 6:00 pm PT via Grace’s official YouTube channel and Facebook page for intimate, acoustic performances of new songs, deep cuts, special requests, and well-chosen covers, streamed live from her home in Topanga, CA.
