Toronto, ON – September 27, 2017 – Following a fantastic summer that saw Long Range Hustle share the stage with the likes of Big Wreck, and entertain students at the Ryerson Orientation, the Toronto indie-rockers are ready to get back on the stage and get audiences moving and shaking through the fall! The band will kick off a Thursday night residency at Toronto’s Dakota Tavern on October 5th, and will hit up Montreal and Kingston along the way. Full details can be found below.
If you’re new to a Long Range Hustle show, it only takes a minute to feel their contagious energy connect with everyone in the room. From their chilly basement jam space, to a sweat soaked stage, the band is committed to fostering a distinct five-piece sound – notable for its warm, infectious melodies, driving rhythms, and gorgeous harmonies.
"We're so thrilled to call The Dakota Tavern our home for the month of October!” says Jay Foster (keys, vocals). “We check out shows there often and it really is one of Toronto's best to experience intimate performances. It feels easy to fall in love with whoever is onstage at The Dakota, so it's an honour to spend every Thursday playing for the beautiful city of Toronto alongside some great bands.”
Over the last few years, touring has taken them from the Maritimes to Manitoba and on a continuous circuit through southern Ontario and Quebec. Their latest album, From Seedlings To Saplings, is out now, and the band is currently working on their third album. Audiences catching their shows this fall will get a sneak peek at some of the new songs that will appear on the forthcoming record.
