MATT HOLUBOWSKI ANNOUNCES TWO NEW TOUR DATES IN ONTARIO
SOLITUDES (EPILOGUE) AVAILABLE NOW
Toronto, ON – November 30, 2017 – Matt Holubowski has announced two additional tour dates to the Solitudes tour in 2018. On February 22nd the band will play in Toronto at The Drake Hotel and on February 23rd in Ottawa at The National Arts Center Studio. Tickets go on sale this Friday.
Matt will be sharing songs off his latest release, Solitudes (Epilogue), an extended version of his record, Solitudes. The deluxe album was released on October 20th and includes the complete Solitudes record, in addition to Epilogue, an EP of three songs – two of which were composed this summer: The Weatherman (or, The Felonies are Magnets on my Coat), and Nostalgiablue; while Dawn, She Woke Me had never appeared on a recording, but was well known to those that had seen his live show. Solitudes (Epilogue) is now available on all digital platforms and as a limited edition CD. Watch the album trailer here.
In Montreal’s studios, Madame Wood & Dandurand, Matt was surrounded by his faithful tour-mates: Stéphane Bergeron (drums, percussion), Marc-André Landry (bass), Simon Angell (guitar, omnichord, organ, wurlitzer), Marianne Houle (cello, ukulele) and Christian-Adam Gilbert (sound recording). The songs found on Solitudes come to life thanks to Julie Boivin (violin), Sarah Martineau (viola) and the producer Connor Seidel, while the updated album cover was designed once again by Mathilde Corbeil.
