NIAGARA PARKS PRESENTS “THE NIAGARA STAGE” WITH POLARIS MUSIC PRIZE

THE NIAGARA STAGE, A FREE WEEKLY SUMMER MUSIC SERIES IN QUEEN VICTORIA PARK, WILL FEATURE A DIVERSE LINEUP OF PROMINENT AND EMERGING CANADIAN TALENT RECOGNIZED BY POLARIS

CONCERTS TO TAKE PLACE EVERY SATURDAY EVENING AT 8:00 P.M. FROM JUNE 30 TO SEPTEMBER 1 FOLLOWED BY FIREWORKS OVER NIAGARA FALLS AT 10:00 P.M

Niagara Parks introduces The Niagara Stage, a new weekly summer music series held in Queen Victoria Park, with support from the Polaris Music Prize. Featuring performances from renowned Canadian artists, this free summer concert series will showcase artists previously recognized by Polaris.

Shows will take place every Saturday evening at 8:00 p.m., from June 30 to September 1, at Niagara Parks’ Queen Victoria Place stage. The evening will culminate with a fireworks display over Niagara Falls at 10:00 p.m. (weather-permitting) as part of Niagara Parks’ nightly summer fireworks program.

The Niagara Stage represents a unique programming partnership between two venerated Canadian cultural organizations, Niagara Parks and the Polaris Music Prize. The Niagara Stage will seek to showcase the talent and diversity of Canadian artists that have been previously recognized or listed by Polaris, to the multitude of domestic and international visitors experiencing one of Canada’s foremost natural wonders. The Niagara Stage is proudly supported by the Government of Ontario, and Coca-Cola.
