Indoor Recess has had the pleasure of working with multi-award-winning pianist, vocalist and songwriter, Laila Biali, since the 2015 release of her album, House Of Many Rooms. Her self-titled record followed in 2018 with Exclaim! calling it a "presentation of someone accomplished and brave", and earned Laila her first ever JUNO Award win. Critical praise continued to follow for Out Of Dust (2020), and Laila's stunning return to the Great American Songbook, Your Requests (2023).
