TORONTO, ON – August 8, 2022 – Hot on the heels of their latest single release, At Least I Got Your Pretty Face, Montreal riff-heavy and venue-ready rockers, The Flamingos Pink, excitedly announce the release of their sophomore record, Free Livin. Set to drop on September 2 via LL Artists, this agile album immerses the listener, with explosive energy, into the sonic inner realm of The Flamingos Pink. 

"Free Livin is about living your life the way you want to - not the way you are expected to, not the way you are conditioned to. THIS is rock'n'roll," exclaims the band.
 
Recorded at Studio Latraque in Montreal by David Laurendau, the new songs have girth; the band's songwriting is emboldened and descriptive. There's a 'ride-or-die' vibe to Free Livin. This is a more intense and introspective rock'n'roll record, with the occasional acoustic breather that will take you down a countryside lane to get your head back together again.

ABOUT THE FLAMINGOS PINK:
The Flamingos Pink is a two-man gang hailing from Montreal, Canada with a penchant for the 'live rocknroll / pedal to the metal' type of vibe. Pound-for-pound vocally, Sacha Gubany (guitar/vocals) is a powerhouse, and as for Julz Corrado (drums), he’s been dipped in groove.
 
Think The New York Dolls meets Iggy and the Stooges. A White Stripes / The Hives’ sound partying with The Stones in the 70’s. Picture Wolf Alice and The Kills drag racing to AC/DC or maybe even Idles sipping tea with Bo Diddley.
